To Place an Order

By Credit Card using Pay Pal

You must enter the title, Item number, and price of each item ordered in the Required Information box on the order page.
Also, you must add shipping and handling to item price.
Calculate total cost and enter that amount in the Amount box on the first Pay Pal page.
Orders up to $30, add $3 for U.S. and $6 for outside U.S.
Orders over $30, add 10% of total in the U.S. and 20% for orders going outside U.S.

If a Canadian resident, add GST and if a resident of Arkansas, add state sales tax.

BY MAIL

Send your name and address along with the total amount of your order in U.S. funds
(Canadian residents add 5% GST, Arkansas residents add 6.5% state sales tax).

For orders to U.S. addresses, a postage and handling charge of 10% of pre-tax price of book order (minimum $3) will be added. For orders to addresses outside the U.S., the postage and handling charge to be added is 20% of pre-tax price of book order (minimum $6.00). We accept personal checks, money orders, and credit cards. (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover)
